RUNNING TRAINING


Hello Alberto :
I have designed this training for a person of 65 kg of weight, 1.60 of height. The physical conditions of that person are normal, recently has run a half marathon with a time of 1h 05 min.
She wants to prepare to make another and improve her time.

PE

Hi Alberto ! This are my phisical education activities:

  1. Volleyball´s court is a rectangle of 18 by 9 meters, divided by a center line (9 meters to each halves).The line of attack is located to 3 m to the center line.The net varies in height: ,43 for male and 2,24 for womens.
  2. One game has 3 sets, sometimes 5 and one set has 25 points, if its 5 set, it has 15 points.Every time a team wins a rally, they get a point and the right to serve.A team gets a serve until they have 2 points more than the enemy team.If the teams are tied, they play a final set of 15 points
  3. -Touching the ball with any part of the body.-Touching the net with any part of the body if it isn´t involved in the game.
  4. -To vary the order of rotation during the development of the set.-Take or hold the ball with the hands.

5.-
At first a reception of the ball, normally with a forearm pass to the setter, the setter set-up the ball usually by finger pass to players that are in a front position to smash the ball and get the point.

Allergic reaction: It is the answer of our body agains an allergen.
Broken leg: It is the fracture of one of our lowers extremities.
Aching muscles: When we feel pain in your muscles.
Dislocated shoulder: When your shoulder is out of it position.
Itchy skin: When you have to scratch your skin.
Sore back: When you feel pain in your back.
Swollen ankle: When your ankle is amflame. 





                 PHRASAL VERBS:

Cheer up: To make someone feel happier.
Work out: To do exercise.
Cut down: To reduce the amount of something.
Chill out: To Relax Completely
Face up to: To accept that a difficult situatin exists.
Calm down: To make someone feel better when he or she is not very well.
Open up: To begin to trust in someone.
Slow down: To take the things with more calm.
